Welcome to our new trade site

Welcome to our new trade site, which we have launched exclusively for our trade credit account customers (and, eventually, cash account customers).

Due to the impact of the pandemic, the decision was taken to bring forward the date to open the site earlier than planned, to allow access to additional customer services.

Please note that the early launch of the site means the development of the functionality requires further significant work, and we will update you on the improvements when they are ready.

At the moment you can access your account documents such as invoices, statements and quotes, you can pay off your account, and now you can submit an order for in-branch pick up.

For customers that previously used our account portal, that can now be found here.

We are pleased to announce the new site offers a basic online order system for collections from a branch of your choice. If you would like to try it, click here.

Presently the system is very basic, the product choice is limited, and we are very aware it still requires further development to make the features comparable with similar systems. We are trialling it initially at three branches and are slowly rolling it out to our branches — we will email our customers when this service is available for their local branch.

We are currently working hard to extend the product range to enable pricing and quotes to be accessible on your account terms.
