Terms & Conditions

• This promotion is only available to Pochin account holders.
• The promotion begins on Monday 1st December and ends at 4pm on Friday 5th December.
• There will be 5 prizes to win at each Pochin branch — one available per day, Monday to Friday.
• Customers need to spend a minimum of £250 ex. VAT on a day to enter. To enter on multiple days, customers will need to spend a minimum of £250 ex. VAT on each day.
• A raffle ticket with the customer name/account will be added into a pot in branch once a qualifying order has been made.
• Customers will only get one entry per day. Multiple purchases within one day will not result in extra raffle tickets for a customer.
• Customers with multiple accounts can only win a prize with one of their accounts during the week.
• Entries can only be made for collected orders.
• The cut-off to enter each daily prize draw will be 4pm. Any orders made after 4pm will not be included.
• If a customer qualifies to enter a draw but later returns the goods purchased on the day, the customer will not be included in the draw.
• Branches will randomly draw a winner between 4pm and 5pm on each day. The Pochin marketing team will communicate the winners through various channels.
• Orders made by customers will only qualify to enter a prize draw if they are at the branch which is registered as their “home branch” on our account system.
• Prizes can only be awarded to the account holder — not anyone who works for them.
• Winners will be contacted by the branch following the raffles to arrange collection of their prize. We may ask for a photo of customers with their prize for use in marketing.
• We reserve the right to deny a customer claiming a prize if we reasonably believe that the spirit of the promotion has been breached.
• Any customer who enters the raffle understands that the chance of winning will vary depending on how many entrants there are on any single day.
• If a customer does not claim a prize within a month of winning, the prize will be forfeited and we will re-draw a winner.
• For our “Free Round of Golf” prize, we will contact winners to discuss when they are available to book their free round of golf. Winners can bring 3 others to join them on this prize, and courses are available to book nationwide. Dates and courses are subject to availability. Please note that the prize does not include travel to and from the locations.
